1. What materials do you use?
The materials we use for our illustrations are watercolors, ink, graphite, colored pencils, gel pen. Other materials that we can use are acrylic colors, oil colors, colors for glass and linoleum.

2. What digital software do you use?
We use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Manga Studio, and Wacom Intuos Art as graphic tablet.

3. How do you work?
We are a duo and we organize the work by sharing the tasks.
Naturally, each of us is also able to work independently.

4. Are the comics on the site published?
The comics that you find on the site or in our social networks are currently Short Story and at the moment they have not been published. When it happens it will be our interest to update you.

5. What do you take inspiration for your works?
We have studied art for which many artists of Italian and international art history fascinate us. We also look at the work of other great illustrators and cartoonists of all kinds, from the macabre, to the victorian, to fantasy.

6. Is it possible to ask for collaborations or propose projects?
We are available to take consideration the various work proposals you want to propose (both short and long term) and discuss the possible agreements together.

7. How can I support your art?
You can support our work in three ways: with free donations on our Ko-fi profile or through the commissions.

8. What can you do for me?
We are specialized in the art of comics and illustration but we are also practices of painting, graphics and handicrafts.
We can make illustrations, character designs, chibi, postcards, bookmarks, logos, banners, realistic portraits or manga-style portraits, prints.
If you have any other specific requests please contact us, we will see if we can satisfy you.

9. Can I use your images?
No. The images on the site or social are our original works, so you can not take them, modify them and use them as yours for commercial gains.
We can take into consideration the shares on social or blog, subject to agreement that includes the inclusion of the credits of the work.
If you want a work for you you have to request a commission.

10. Is commercial use possible for commissions?
All personal commissions are intended for personal use only, and are not to be reproduced or used for any commercial purposes, including advertising and sales. Please remember that any activity that promotes or generates a revenue is considered commercial activity.
If you wish to gain commercial rights to a commissioned piece, you must pay the commercial price for your commission.

11. What do I receive from the purchase of a commission?
It depends on what you request.
In the case of digital jobs, you will receive the file in the format you want (JPEG) via e-mail.
In case of paperwork, just provide the address and paying shipping costs you will receive the commission at home.
On our original illustrations of which we hold the copyrights of image, you will receive in the mail the print of the original.

12. Are the commissions free or paid?
Commissions are subject to charges.
We have studied art so this is not a simple pastime. Each work requires work, time and money (the materials are professional) that we have to support, so we ask you to recognize the merits of our work.
We have a PayPal account with which you can easily make payment from anywhere in the world.

13. Is there a price list to consult?
There is a price list for the commissions that you can consult our DeviantArt 

14. Can the costs established in the estimate be changed?
No. Unless the customer himself changes his requests during the design process

15. Can you provide printed material?
Yes, subject to initial agreement. You keep in mind that depending on the number or type of printed material there will be an addition of price, due to the cost of printing.

16. Where are the works sent from?
We are in Italy and we ship all over our country and overseas. You take into consideration the possible costs for shipping costs and the possible delivery time for foreign countries, which change from country to country.

17. Are there any guarantees on the quality of the product?
We guarantee seriousness and commitment in carrying out the work and in satisfying the requests according to the terms. We will work to propose drafts to choose the solution that will be fine the buyer. When the work is finished, the work will be adequately prepared for shipping to avoid damage.
Problems derived from Italian or foreign mail services are not our responsibility.
