Ritorniamo con un'opera originale, questa volta ispirata all'Antico Egitto, un periodo storico che ci affascina molto.

Qui un faraone non disdegna  la compagnia di un ragazzo.

Molto poco si sa sulla natura dell'omosessualità nell'antico Egitto ma sono stati ritrovato degli esempi che ne testimoniano comunque la presenza: come un ostracon risalente al periodo dei ramessidi con raffigurato un rapporto omosessuale o il ritrovo di due servitori reali del faraone Niuserra durante la V dinastia egizia, tumolati insieme nella stessa.

Però anche in uno dei  miti fondativi dell'antica religione egizia, La contesa di Horus e Seth, ci sono riferimenti a caratteristiche che si possono tranquillamente definire omosessuali.

Per finire anche il libro dei morti tratta dell'argomento come una pratica da evitare ma sembra che la traduzione sia troppo vaga per trarne una conclusione certa.

L'antico Egitto cela sempre tanti misteri!!
